EPUR extends its Michelin experience to lunchtime

EPUR, the Michelin-starred restaurant located in Chiado, Lisbon, has announced a new phase in its operations with the introduction of Saturday lunches, starting on 14 March. This new development now allows guests to enjoy the dining experience created by Chef Vincent Farges during the day as well, responding to the growing demand for fine dining options at the weekend.

Keeping the restaurant’s identity intact, the lunch menus will be the same as those currently offered for dinner. Guests will thus be able to choose between the ‘Inspirações’ tasting menu, priced at €150 per person, or the ‘Epurismo’ menu, available for €185 per person, both designed as sensory journeys that evolve in step with the chef’s creativity and the seasonality of the ingredients.

Renowned for its signature approach and its emphasis on fresh, authentic ingredients, EPUR brings to the daytime the same technical rigour, creativity and attention to detail that have defined the restaurant’s experience since its opening. The lunch service will also allow guests to discover the space from a new perspective, enjoying the natural light over Lisbon’s Baixa district and the Tagus River.

According to Chef Vincent Farges, “opening for lunch is a natural evolution for EPUR. We wanted to offer our guests more opportunities to discover our cuisine and a new perspective on the experience we have created. The light and rhythm of the day allow one to experience gastronomy in a different way, yet with the same level of rigour, emotion and creativity that define the restaurant.”

This extension of opening hours represents another step in the evolution of EPUR, as part of the Casa do Marquês universe, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to exclusive and distinctive gastronomic experiences within the landscape of haute cuisine in Portugal.
