Horta celebrates the essence of Portuguese cuisine. The menu is inspired by traditional recipes, favoring fresh, high-quality ingredients, many of which come from local producers.
Created by Humberto Santos, who is also the executive chef at Casa do Marquês, the menu combines tradition and creativity, with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients and refined techniques to enhance authentic flavors.
The result? A gastronomic experience that celebrates and highlights the best of authentic Portuguese cuisine.
