Casa do Marquês achieves best year ever with turnover of 20 million euros
In 2025, Casa do Marquês strengthened its position as a national benchmark in the catering and events sector, reaching a Group turnover of around 20 million euros.
Over the course of the year, the company held a total of 1,018 events, serving 223,573 meals to 190,377 guests, with 2,325 employees working a total of more than 600,000 hours of service, figures that reflect the strong operational dynamics and the ability to respond to highly complex and large-scale events.
Of the total number of events held, 198 weddings also stand out, reflecting the market’s strong presence and confidence in the private celebrations segment, where Casa do Marquês provides a complete service that goes far beyond catering and decoration, being experienced in accompanying the bride and groom in all stages of organization and production.
Among the most notable moments of 2025 were major productions for some of Portugal’s most important brands. Casa do Marquês was responsible for the “Pensar Maior 2025” event, promoted by Fidelidade, in venues such as FIL and MEO Arena. It was also present at another edition of the Millennium Estoril Open, last year also featuring EPUR, which joined the company’s portfolio in 2024, represented by Chef Vincent Farges, and also signed the operation of the SAP event, a three-day production held in three different venues in Lisbon, attracting national and international audiences.
The year was also marked by large-scale events for the main telecommunications brands in Portugal, reinforcing the market’s confidence in Casa do Marquês’ experience and logistical capacity for highly demanding operations.
Sustainability continued to be a strategic focus. Last year, Casa do Marquês’ electric fleet covered 233,000 kilometers, contributing to a significant reduction in environmental impact. Compared to 2024, the company saw a reduction in total energy consumption which enabled it to avoid 67 tons of CO2 emissions, corresponding to an absorption equivalent to 3,000 trees.
“More than growing, 2025 has shown us that we are building an increasingly solid operation, capable of responding with excellence to the sector’s biggest challenges. Working with some of the most demanding brands in the country and signing events of this scale is a reflection of the trust we have earned over the years. We remain focused on elevating the experience we deliver at each event, with highly committed teams and a sense of responsibility that is indispensable in everything we do,” says Miguel Seijo y Seijo, CEO of Casa do Marquês.
With an established track record and an increasingly robust operation, Casa do Marquês continues to focus on growth and excellence, remaining a leading choice for corporate and private events in Portugal.
