The name Epur comes from the French expression “Et Pur” - “And Pure.” This philosophy is reflected in the cuisine and atmosphere of the restaurant: minimalism, precision, and authenticity.

Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci's maxim, “simplicity is the ultimate sophistication,” chef Vincent Farges is dedicated to elevating the dining experience to a new level.
Since 2019, Epur has held a Michelin star, a reflection of its creative, visual, and sophisticated cuisine, which draws on the plant world and celebrates the perfect balance between the simple and the complex.
Each dish at Epur is a tribute to the purity of the ingredients, treated with mastery and presented in an uncomplicated but always surprising way. The tasting menu is carefully crafted, respecting seasonality and favoring the best ingredients from local producers.
