Criada em 1989, a Casa do Marquês orgulha-se de estar na vanguarda do sector de catering e eventos em Portugal. 35 anos de sucesso são reflexo de um serviço de excelência alicerçado na qualidade, inovação e dedicação de toda a sua equipa.
Com uma matriz familiar, a administração está a cargo de José Eduardo Sampaio, Florbela Bem e Miguel Seijo y Seijo, e o grupo oferece um serviço completo na área de eventos, desde a produção exclusiva de catering, à entrega de eventos chave-na-mão, responsabilizando-se por toda a organização, produção, logística, decoração e animação necessárias.
A constante exigência por que se rege valeu-lhe, ao longo dos anos, a confiança de uma extensa lista de Clientes, para a realização desde celebrações familiares, a jantares de Estado (a Casa do Marquês é uma das cozinhas preferenciais do Protocolo de Estado).

Located in Prior Velho, with a total covered area of about 6000sqm, the largest industrial kitchen in the sector in Portugal with about 1400sqm, capable of producing over 3,000 meals per day, and a multifaceted team with the necessary experience and dynamism, allows it to meet all kinds of requests, always with the best service. The culture of 'yes,' the total customization of its commercial proposals, and the consistent quality in catering and service, strengthen the company's commitment to its clients. The Team
Casa do Marquês has a permanent team of over 70 people (increasing to over 700 additional staff beyond the full-time employees), with the capacity to respond to the most diverse and demanding requests.
The dynamic and proactive spirit of its employees forms the basis of a rigorous and comprehensive approach, capable of handling all tasks inherent to the organization of its events..

Casa do Marquês is proud to have a predominantly horizontal structure, with a multidisciplinary team motivated by the success of all parties involved, across the entire spectrum—from colleagues to the company, from the event to the client.
Environmental Responsibility
Considering the environmental impact of the company's actions, we have implemented several measures to minimize our ecological footprint.
We started by centralizing operations in a single building, reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
We also installed solar panels for more sustainable, efficient, and self-sufficient energy consumption with an investment of €250,000 and an annual reduction of 51% in non-renewable energy, as well as upgrading the vehicle fleet to electric vehicles with zero CO2 emissions (currently 60% of the fleet).
These actions were taken alongside recycling measures and policies to reduce plastic and waste, such as using increasingly recyclable, reusable, and environmentally friendly decoration materials.
Social Responsibility
Casa do Marquês also maintains several partnerships with Social Solidarity Institutions, which collect meals in excellent consumption conditions for distribution to the most needy.
In 2019, we donated around 60.000 meals at a cost price exceeding €500,000, with the future goal of continuing these donations while reducing food waste.
This measure is implemented with the utmost sense of responsibility, providing the person in charge of collection with relevant information on the proper cooling and regeneration of the supplied food.
