This impressive 18th-century palace, classified as a Property of Public Interest, was commissioned by Luís Gomes de Elvas Coronel on land acquired from the Convent of Odivelas. He then changed his surname to "da Matta" due to the beautiful and rich woodland on the property.
Through the implementation of a tent with a capacity for up to 950 people, the palace aims to utilize this setting for all types of events, from private parties and weddings to corporate events.
